Cooper was professional and explained what to expect upfront. Service was excellent. I have been bringing both of my family's vehicle to the BD00003 - Indian Trail service center for years. They have been consistent and meet my expectations. They high mileage MaxLife Oil is an excellent product as well.

Went to get an oil change today marquise was awesome! I had never seen an e vac machine and he explained to me what it was and how it worked which was really cool. Him and John also let me know I needed to change one of my filters which I did I didn’t realize it was bad.
