MAJOR RISK & NO ACCOUNTABILITY!!! I HATE I cant give ZERO stars!!! I had an oil change at Valvoline 7856 Idlewild Road Indian Trail on July 2nd. First since purchasing car in April. The technician did not reinstall the seal properly and I slowly leaked oil over a period of three weeks. I did not know there was an issue (no oil in driveway)until my oil & engine light came on. I immediately took it to closest mechanic. NOT A DROP OF OIL!! I was informed that whoever changed my oil did not install the plug correctly causing oil to leak. I paid about $300 for a diagnostic& synthetic oil change. I called Valvoline while I was in the waiting area and told them the issue & went the…

This is the best location. I stopped in for an inspection and Terry pointed out that my right lower headlight was out. I had just purchased a new bulb at autozone (because the dealership wanted to charge me $150 bucks to put it in) so I was planning to try to change it myself. Terry was awesome and not only changed the bulb for me, but taught me how to do it. I was in and out of there in record time. Terry is awesome, I will definitely return. I have always had great experiences at this location and will continue to spread the word about the excellent customer service here. These guys deserve a raise/bonus. Especially Terry!

Garrett was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. We go here for all of our business and personal oil changes and car inspections. Anytime our air is out in tires they fill them. Always so helpful and great service. Highly recommend!!!

Went to get an oil change today marquise was awesome! I had never seen an e vac machine and he explained to me what it was and how it worked which was really cool. Him and John also let me know I needed to change one of my filters which I did I didn’t realize it was bad. Marquise also was able to let me know I could get a $15 off coupon which was great I really appreciated it. They did an awesome job super quick/efficient will definitely come back to this location again!
