We were referred to Penguin for the installation of our tankless water heater after 3 different plumbing companies ghosted us after promising to provide a quote. Randy and Eric from Penguin came to the rescue as they are now also licensed for plumbing services! They were able to install our tankless water heater and remove the old tank out of the attic so we have peace of mind that we don't have a ticking water bomb waiting to flood our house. They did a fantastic job and passed all inspections. They earned a customer for life!

Saw their ad in facebook and called for a soft qoute. Eric was very flexible with providing a soft quote then coming out to confirm. They were able to install the next business day and the installation went smoothly. Reasonable prices with good quality of service.

Eric with Penguin Air came out to look at damage critters had done to my air ducts in the attic. He found that they had only pulled off a connection, and that there was no real damage and the two ends just needed to be taped back together. I appreciated the straight-forward honest explanation and the easy fix! Eric was also very congenial and easy to talk with, making the repair easy and pleasant. I highly recommend Eric and Penguin for air duct issues!

Matthew arrived on time to diagnose my aging gas pack unit not working correctly. He quickly identified the issue (faulty infuser) and recommended repairs.
